SEO Content Manager

Type: Remote
Key Skills: SEO writing, keyword research, content planning, WordPress, basic HTML
Role: Create and manage high-quality content for 1xbetapk.so covering app guides, betting tutorials, payment methods, and platform updates for the Somali market.

Duties:

• Write SEO-optimised articles, guides, and landing pages in English
• Research and target keywords relevant to the Somali betting market
• Coordinate with translators for Somali-language content where required
• Manage content updates via CMS and ensure accuracy across all pages
• Monitor organic performance and adjust content strategy accordingly

Experience with iGaming content is preferred but not required. Strong written English and a working understanding of SEO fundamentals are essential. Candidates familiar with the Somali market will be prioritised.

CRM and Retention Manager

Role: Manage user engagement and retention for Somali and East African audiences through targeted campaigns across sports betting and casino verticals.

Duties:

• Plan and execute automated CRM campaigns via email, push, and SMS
• Segment audiences based on betting behaviour and deposit activity
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise retention flows
• Align messaging with active promotions and seasonal sports events
• Ensure all campaigns comply with responsible gambling guidelines

Experience with mobile-first audiences is a strong advantage. Familiarity with EVC Plus and Zaad Service payment behaviour and Somali user patterns will be considered a significant plus.

Somali Market Affiliate Manager

Type: Remote
Key Skills: Affiliate marketing, partner management, performance tracking, iGaming knowledge
Role: Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners driving traffic to 1xbetapk.so and the 1xBet platform from Somalia and the wider East Africa region.

Duties:

• Identify and approach new affiliate partners in Somalia and East Africa
• Onboard partners and provide promotional materials and tracking setup
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimise conversion rates
• Resolve partner queries and escalate issues to the 1xBet affiliate team
• Report on traffic quality, registration rates, and commission performance

An existing network of contacts in the Somali digital or media space is a strong advantage. Experience with postback tracking and affiliate dashboards is required.

Customer Support Agent – Somali Language

Type: Remote
Key Skills: Written and spoken Somali, customer service, basic iGaming knowledge
Role: Handle user queries related to app installation, account registration, payment methods, and general platform use for Somali-speaking users.

Duties:

• Respond to user queries via live chat and email in Somali and English
• Assist users with APK installation, iOS setup, and account registration
• Resolve payment issues related to EVC Plus and Zaad Service
• Escalate technical or account issues to the 1xBet support team as required
• Maintain response times under two minutes during peak hours

No prior iGaming experience is required – full training will be provided. Fluency in Somali is essential. Strong written English is required for internal communication.
